  • 45-60 minute 1:1 session
  • Focuses on coping with life and work stressors
  • Teaches additional healthy coping methods
  • NOT a fitness for duty evaluation or mental health screening
  • Addresses stress and coping related to officer safety
  • Opportunity to build rapport with a clinician before a crisis occurs
  • Annual wellness check with follow-up sessions if desired
  • Department receives only the name and date of annual check-in
  • No names shared for follow-up visits
